Note: This is a plain-language license summary for using this bundle. It does not replace individual legal advice.
1) Definitions
“Software” / “Bundle”: SafeShare Pro (Offline) including HTML/JavaScript, assets, handbook (HTML/PDF optional), selftest, manifest/service worker.
“Licensee”: the person or organization that lawfully acquired the bundle.
“Use”: running the software in a browser and storing/creating backups within the permitted scope.
“Redistribution”: any form of providing the bundle to third parties (e.g., sending the ZIP, placing it in shared drives, hosting it publicly).
2) License – what you receive
SafeShare Pro (Offline) is a digital product. By purchasing it, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license
to use the bundle under the chosen variant (Person or Team). The license is revocable if the license terms are materially breached.
Permitted (within your variant)
Download, fully unzip, and use locally in your browser.
Store on your devices / within your internal IT environment (only for authorized users).
Create backup copies, as long as access and use remain within the license scope.
Not included (to keep it fair)
Public distribution (e.g., GitHub, public cloud links, forum uploads).
Sharing with people/teams outside the licensed user group.
Operating it as your own service for third parties (SaaS/white-label/“cleaning service”), including as a feature of another product.
Transparency (browser principle): SafeShare Pro consists of local web files (HTML/JS/CSS) that your browser runs. Browsers typically allow viewing these files (e.g., “View Source” / developer tools). This affects only the program code, not the content you enter, and it does not mean any external access.
Therefore, this license primarily governs redistribution/sharing and use as a service.
3) Variant A — PRO PERSON (individual)
This variant fits if one natural person uses SafeShare Pro (Offline).
The license covers 1 person.
That person may use the bundle on any number of their own devices.
No other person receives access for their own use.
Examples (typically OK)
Using SafeShare Pro on your laptop + iPhone + iPad (all your devices).
Keeping a private backup copy (e.g., external drive/private backup folder).
Examples (outside the license)
Forwarding the ZIP to friends/clients.
Placing the bundle in a shared folder so others can use it.
4) Variant B — PRO TEAM (up to 5 people)
This variant fits if SafeShare Pro (Offline) is used within an organization/team.
Up to 5 named people use the software (“team members”).
Use takes place on devices/browser contexts assigned to or managed by the organization.
Internal access to the bundle is limited so only those team members can use it.
Internal distribution
Internal download/sharing is OK as long as access is limited to the licensed team members (max. 5).
Outside the license
Sharing outside the organization/team.
Use by more than 5 people (an additional license would be required, if offered).
5) Updates / upgrades
This license covers the version included in the bundle (see version number). There is no entitlement to future updates, upgrades, or new features.
If updates are offered later, the terms communicated at that time apply.
6) Support
Support may be offered, but is not guaranteed. For faster help, the selftest report is intended.
There is no guaranteed response time and no promise that every issue can be resolved (depending on browser/environment).
The software is provided “as is”. No guarantee is given that it will always be error-free or fit for a specific purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for damages is excluded, especially indirect damages, data loss, or lost profit.
Mandatory legal rights (e.g., consumer rights) remain unaffected.
8) Termination
In case of material breaches of this license, the right to use the software ends. In that case, you must delete copies of the bundle and stop using it.

SafeShare Pro and all included materials are copyright-protected. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
